Network Operations Center (NOC)
Sensa operates a NOC, which is manned by experienced and competent consultants around the clock. We proactively monitor customer installations and offer to assist with mitigation of potential risks and troubleshooting of existing issues.
Sensa’s NOC is available to all customers with service contracts. It is offered both as a managed service or as an external support function.
Sensa offers helpdesk services for customers looking to outsource troubleshooting and assistance for employees on IT related issues.
